16G FC SFP+ SW is designed for 100m OM3 / 125m OM4 links using Duplex LC. Selection must confirm the host form factor, electrical interface, PMD, FEC, fiber mapping, power and thermal limits, software version and the remote endpoint; the model name alone does not establish interoperability.
